Ilaria Rawlins is the CEO of Fortuna Bank, a newly launched, women-owned community bank based in Columbus, Ohio. A Denison graduate who originally planned to pursue journalism, Ilaria discovered her passion for economics during her time here on the Hill, an experience that ultimately shaped her career path.

With over 30 years of experience in banking, Ilaria has led teams, shaped strategy, and built a career centered on relationship-driven leadership. Through her work at Fortuna Bank, she is focused on fostering growth, driving community impact, and expanding access to capital, particularly for women and small business owners.
