The Denison Debate Society will work to promote a constructive community which engages in critical and relevant dialogue about social, political, cultural and economic issues through the use of various debate styles, including but not limited to the rhetorical style outlined by IPDA (International Public Debate Association) and NPDA (Nation Public Debate Association).
This organization seeks to help members practice and improve on their public speaking and critical thinking skills through consistent practice, close feedback, competitive travel tournaments, and a close-knit team environment.
