Dear Denison Students,
I hope you’ve had a great start to the academic year. Our Student Life team especially loves these first few weeks back on campus because of the energy and enthusiasm you bring. I encourage you to check out the great photos of move-in, induction and the involvement fair and the first day of classes. I also want to extend a special thank you to our pre-o and Aug O leaders and CAs for all you did to help us welcome our first-year students to campus.
Whether you’re a first-year student or a returning student, September is a great time to build relationships with your peers. Our team has a lot of great connection events lined up for September, and I want to highlight them here.

ReMix, the Denison Entrepreneurship Summit (Sept 20-22), brings together creative, innovative, entrepreneurial Denison alumni and students. It’s a great opportunity to connect with alums and hear about their journey post-Denison. Register today.
The Journey Program: Register now to take advantage of the Journey Program during Fall Break at Mohican State Park! Intended for sophomores and juniors, the Denison Journey Program is a structured career exploration program designed to help you think about your future with excitement, possibility, and promise and support you in breaking down the steps to get there into small, manageable pieces.
I hope you have a great month, leaning into your classes and building connections with your peers. As a reminder, please join me on September 19 for Cane’s on the Third Floor of Slayter.
All my best,
