About Us
At Denison University, we believe that involvement fosters community. All of our student organizations are open to every student, regardless of background, interests, or experience. Our groups are centered on inclusivity, connection, and shared passions—so explore, engage, and become part of our vibrant community.
Mission 34, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, was founded in loving memory of Sean P. Bonner, Jr, who was #34 on his college baseball team and died by suicide at the age of 20. M34 is on a Mission to eliminate the stigma surrounding mental illness through awareness, education, and ambassadors. We ignite change and foster understanding by bringing mental health into the spotlight. Through engaging events, inspiring speakers, active social media presence, and suicide prevention trainings, we create a community that supports mental well-being and encourages everyone to seek help without hesitation. Asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. That is: A New Type Of Tough.
