Members Benefits

Membership benefits include the ability to converse and work with your surrounding peers to gain and provide helpful insight to yourself and others in areas, classes, or subjects that may contain confusion through group study sessions. Also includes the opportunity to hear from guest speakers that will include medical school alumni, other professors that took a similar path, doctors or local professionals in a certain practice, and from the pre med advisor Sara Stasko to give advice on their journey and their process of application to med schools and what you can do to improve your application or build a resume. There will also be shadowing opportunities as a campus organization we will reach out to professionals in the area in a certain practice that would be willing to shadow or help those pursuing that practice. Finally there will be many opportunities to volunteer individually or as a group for the local community not only to help in the best way we can, but also to help build a resume using volunteer hours. There will be many get togethers, fundraisers, volunteer opportunities, guest speakers, resume workshops, tutoring and help sessions from those in similar classes, and more.
