About Us
At Denison University, we believe that involvement fosters community. All of our student organizations are open to every student, regardless of background, interests, or experience. Our groups are centered on inclusivity, connection, and shared passions—so explore, engage, and become part of our vibrant community.
The Denison Chapter of Sew4Service works with a non-profit organization, of the same name, in the Cleveland area. We collect donations of clothing, fabrics, patterns, blankets, thread, sewing needles, buttons, etc...to sew materials and items to meet the needs of the Licking County Community.
We strive to be sustainable by decreasing waste because we repurpose donated materials to make blankets, warm clothing, cloth diapers, etc... for the community. We also plan to partner with other folks across campus for upcycling and clothing mending workshops!
