About Us

At Denison University, we believe that involvement fosters community. All of our student organizations are open to every student, regardless of background, interests, or experience. Our groups are centered on inclusivity, connection, and shared passions—so explore, engage, and become part of our vibrant community.

The purpose of this organization shall be to create a space for experienced and new songwriters alike to share, give feedback, learn, and grow in their songwriting skills. The club will hold regular songshares for local songwriters to be able to share their music and receive feedback from other songwriters, workshops where songwriters will help each other improve their technique, and at least one yearly Songwriters' Showcase, where songwriters will be able to perform their original pieces for the general public.
